A Message from our Pastor
If you are looking for a warm, friendly atmosphere where you and your family can all find fellowship, and worship Wolf Stake may be the place for you.
We are a Biblical World View Church and believe various programs, ministries, opportunities, and special programs are available as the Lord prepares us. We are also family-oriented and attempt to be God’s tool for helping to strengthen family life by allowing God's Word to be our foundation .
Local, Regional, State and SBC missions are our passion.
The core values we address within our church are:
Teamwork – We have different gifts, but we work together within the church I believe in partnerships with Christ as the head. We are collaboratively one body with many parts that need each other. Rom. 12:4-6
Pursuit of Excellence – I see our job as a calling to ministry therefore we seek to do it in a way that glorifies God, using our talents to achieve quality standards and developing people in their walk with the Lord. I value sacrificial service, that is, giving more than we receive. Col. 3:23-24
Stewardship –We will be accountable to God, our Community, and we should be mutually accountable to each other for our time, talents and treasure. We should seek to provide a good return on the investment our Church has made in people and missions. Heb. 4:13
Relationships –I care for and about people, and I will invest the time and energy required to maintain good relationships. Relational ministry with those we serve and with each other should be a theme throughout all aspects of Wolf Stake. Col. 3:12-14
Teachability – I seek to grow in humility, keeping an open heart and mind to improvement. We will strive to give God the glory for any success, and not be consumed with who gets credit humanly speaking. Is. 50:4-5
Transformation – I believe in personal, family and community transformation. I want our Church to be agents for change on all levels, using the power of the Gospel as the basis. 2 Cor. 3:18
Discipleship – I seek to be a disciplined learner and follower of Jesus Christ, maintaining a steadfast commitment to the Lord. Luke 14:33
I am an expository preacher and teach verse by verse through the different books of the Bible.
Our music ministry is vibrant and strong. Our children’s ministry is growing. We have a healthy and active group of adults that Love and Serve.
We are a growing church and we want to grow more. There is room for you.
